It's adorable on my dog.However, this is Neck Tie COLLAR. I ended up converting it into just a necktie that I can slide onto my dog's collar.Just as described and looks perfect on my service dog. Arrived just in time for Pride!Really expensive for the quality. Okay but really not what I'd thought I'd get for the price and the clips are fiddly and keep coming undone..EXCELENTE
