Did a test run with these today to make sure I understood how they worked. The turning gadget to deploy the confetti is not very easy. Worried about using these at our reveal party as they don't seem very reliable. I had to mess with the one I did a test run with for a while before I could get it to turn. I even had to peel back the outer paper to get it to turn. A little disappointed with these. Also the confetti is easily revealed when you are holding it trying to get it to turn.I bought this for a friends gender reveal party, they worked great, we only had trouble popping 1 out of the 12, never the less a great buy and I was not disappointed at all!I think they worked great for our event. We did have the pink ones as we're expecting a girl. We didn't have any issues like some others said. There were 2 of the 12 that had a bit of a more difficult turn to release, but nothing unmanageable. I also removed the labels a bit to help anything being in the way from turning. I'd recommend using them!The best little poppers in comparison to any other brand. I purchased both these and the light pink small poppers, these created the best effect, visually and on all videos and pictures.You could tell the gender just by looking in the topA couple of the poppers were damaged and wouldn't turn. They are hard to turn as well even if not damaged.RUINED THE SUPRISE. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND!! while handing these out to guests one exploded unexpectedly in my had and everyone saw the gender before we could pop the ballon. MY PREGNANT SISTER WAS VERY UPSET AS THE GENDER TO HER VERY FIRST CHILD WAS REVEALED IN SUCH A DISTASTEFUL WAY. Aftet throwing coats on the floor to try and cover confetti every where. We went with the reveal as planned. When the ballon was popped my mom and dad to be the confettie popper were ro be used by guests. They were very hard to twist. Maybe 2 or 3 of each pack worked properly. We had to throw them on the ground as hard as possible to get them to explode resulting in a waste of time and money.
